@QuickBooks @QBCares I am unable to delete a time off entry that I made on accident for an employee. I can edit and adjust all of their regular time entries, but there’s no way to edit their time off. Need help please

@QuickBooks Apparently 25 days = 1 year to you guys. Money grabbing scheme has gotten even worse. What once was about $50/year now costs me $1200/year and then you go and lock MY data? Expect me to convince all my business friends to get off your platform.

@QuickBooks @QBCares This app is shit. Excessive wait times for mobile check cashing. At the moment the app wont even accept mobile deposits. How are you supposed to do business when quickbooks is gate keeping your cash?

@QuickBooks I use QuickBooks Enterprise and his predecessors for going back as far as I can recall. They just forced me to migrate to QuickBooks online. Cancelled support to the desktop application and I just want to warn everybody and I’m gonna say this in caps: THE MIGRATION FOR CORE ONLINE PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTING IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS INCOMPETENT. PREPARED TO SPEAK FOR HOURS ON END ENDLESS TRANSFERS OF CALLS, CALLS DROPPED, AND PEOPLE WHO CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. USE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE AT YOUR PERIL. IT IS AWFUL.

@QuickBooks is a lousy product and if I ever get the time I will find something better in the meantime, I'm paying 6K per year for 2001 features and it constantly interrupts my work to advertise something or verify my identity every single legacy user of QB is this same super-annoying situation

@QuickBooks support might be on par with talking to the IRS. Absolutely horrible. Have a customer trying to pay us and it isn't bringing up the right company of ours. Support is an absolute nightmare.

Hey @QuickBooks, its not fun being disconnected from your bank as a business. While I found the first 2 hours of explaining to your team that you couldnt link my bank to be tiresome, I'd love to find a way to check the status of my case and when you might have this fixed.

@QuickBooks I need urgent help with a refund. Your team advised me to switch from annual to monthly and promised a prorated refund by April 14th. It’s now the 28th, I’ve heard nothing, and my follow-ups are being ignored. Can someone actually look into this?

@QuickBooks Congratulations! I just received your email advising that the "Classic View" is being terminated. You have finally provided the motivation needed to find an alternative to your products. I have used Quickbooks since the 90's and with numerous clients as well as my own businesses, so this is not a move that I make lightly. The growing lack of appreciation for the wants of your customers, increasing difficulties with customer service, and seriously degrading quality of your product has forced this conclusion. I am just one user (managing 3 different accounts) and just one voice, but also comfortable that I am not alone in my disappointment with your company. You have had your last recommendation from me, and I bet I am not alone.
