@QuickBooks @QBCares Hi, I am unable to access my account as the OTP never reaches me. Can you please assist? I got some links from support but they all require me to log in first. My credit card needs to be updated and I can't do this without being able to reset my credentials.

The only reliable feature of @QuickBooks QBO was recurring invoices. Now, users need to either buy or build their own custom recurring-invoicing solution. If you have recurring invoices that were supposed to fire after 4/1/26, go check them, some are broken.

@QuickBooks Ticket 15159256227. Open for over a month due to a botched upgrade to a higher tier on your end, responses from the SD are taking weeks to come back, useless suggestions coming back to us, had enough. Can we get this escalated? I dont know how else to escalate this

To any freelancers out there what are we using instead of @QuickBooks? They've deleted all my tracked milage for this year and they always keep raising their monthly rates on top of the card fees. All in all they're awful so looking to switch

@QuickBooks @Intuit Seriously you the advanced program is worth close to $4400 a year. This is outrageous. The AI is useless, the system crashed and slows down during peak hours and the report suck. I think it's time for real competition to fight this monopoly.
