@CaptainJulibee There was an artist I used to commission a pin from at every convention I saw him at. All of the pins were some kind of joke or pun for another friend of mine. Each time I would commission him he would suddenly get a HUGE grin on his face as he suddenly recognizes me.

Just to be clear, Sykkuno was wrong for the cheating and the lying. That part is not even up for debate. What bothers me is how this whole situation turned into a complete circus. Instead of the focus staying on the person who was actually wronged, the girl he was dating, who I genuinely cannot imagine the pain and humiliation of what she is going through, the conversation got dragged into Mujin, the sloppy Google doc, and a bunch of side arguments that completely derailed everything. My thoughts are with her more than anybody involved in this internet mess. And that is why I think Mujin completely fumbled what he was trying to do. If the goal was really to get more people to come forward, he failed at it. When you handle something this serious that poorly, you do not help victims, you make it easier for people to dismiss the whole thing.

@nalltama That does always work. I tried to buy a concert livestream ticket in 2022 or 2023 and the company absolutely refused to let me buy it. My only option would have been to pirate it because it never released on DvD. I wanted to give the artist money and japan refused.

@nalltama Historically I have spent 150000 yen on official tickets for livestream ticket concerts. Sometimes the website refuses to let me purchase the official livestream ticket. Both statements can be true because we are talking about a multiple situations.

As creator of said game: You should support indies if you can, but culture shouldn't exist only for those who can afford it. ULTRAKILL wouldn't exist if I hadn't had easy access to movies, music and games growing up. If you don't have money, you can support via word of mouth.

@numanuma_black @Cacophanus Preservation is not targeted towards casual gamers so that is a none issue. It is there for Historians, Philosophers, Educators, Researchers, and people who are willing isolate their hobby into a virtual machine or an airgapped PC if they are concerned about viruses.
