If you take Rhaegar and place him alongside all male Targaryens
There is a slight possibility for him to reach the top 10 of THE BEST in terms of moral
That does mean he is good, just that Targaryen track record is awful

Comparatively speaking what Rhaegar did doesnt really reach top 10 worst things a Targ man has ever done (mostly because the competition is steep) but in actuality if I had a gun with two bullets and I was in a room with Rhaegar and Maegor i would shoot Rhaegar twice

Centralization in medieval age is taxes, laws and armies. Maegor did nothing to increase or consetrate neither during his realm

@TheMightyZ2 Daeron because all that he accomplished was done in the wake of Aegon IV’s disastrous reign. While Jaehaerys might’ve done more overall, he benefited massively from the brutal but necessary reforms during Maegor’s time on the throne (Maegor is top 10 imo)
