Actors preemptively attacking people for not liking a movie no one has seen is a pretty good indicator of the movie’s quality.

Dem politics are at a crisis point because median voters increasingly don’t feel that what they get in services is worth it and so they’re fleeing to states with lower costs of living. The only way for Dems to energize their base is to offer them more ‘free’ stuff but Dem states are already fiscally overextended and they risk chasing their tax base away by upping taxes further. Hochul isn’t a terribly charismatic politician but she is sane and trying to have honest conversations about reality and for that she will be punished.
