This child sex predator groomed children to send him explicit and sexually degrading content — including depictions of the children self-harming. The ICE @HSIDetroit investigation resulted in a 22.5 years sentence for Snell, who previously pleaded guilty to two counts of enticing a child to engage in criminal sexual conduct.
