@AmbrosineShitr2 We appreciate your comment. Based on decades in this disease, most doctors will only take #MECFS or #Longcovid seriously when placebo-controlled trials are successful. We have a chance to be the 1st to do that and identify biomarkers to predict who is likely to improve.

@Opinions_Survey We are tracking biomarkers of autophagy, activity data and patient surveys. We published results from Phase 1 in Jnl of Translational Medicine (high impact), showing correlation of these markers. That's what makes this trial unique and exciting. Just because ATG13 suppression is able to induce a PEM-like state that's no proof it's what's happening inside pwME. I'd love to hear your opinions about this :) @mecfsskeptic @RenzPolster
