Ice maker is rusted. Handle on the door for the freezer is coming off. Refrigerator was dirty. We pointed all these things out to them they said this is going to be a problem and that they want to terminate the lease because we expect too much. They are charging $2800 a month.

We started moving into our new place this week. As we went through we noticed it was dirty. There was spots of piss and blood around the toilet, shit on the back of the seat, pubic hairs. Sink Stoppers don't work. The line to the ice maker in the refrigerator is brown.
