They were also introduced to the Code of Conduct and the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) policy. Newly certified valuers were officially awarded certificates authorizing them to commence professional valuation practice in accordance with IRPV standards.

IRPV successfully conducted the induction day for newly certified valuers, marking their formal entry into the valuation profession. The induction provided a comprehensive overview of IRPV’s background, mandate, and current institutional framework.

In line with the Institute’s statutes, the General Assembly also conducted the election of the Electoral Committee, tasked with organizing the election of a new Board of Directors and Internal committees, following the completion of the current Board’s three-year mandate.

The General Assembly reviewed the Code of Conduct, the Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and assessed the implementation of the 2025 Action Plan and Budget. Further examined and discussed the proposed 2026 Action Plan and Budget to guide the Institute’s operations.

The Institute of Real Property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV) held its Annual General Assembly on 9 January 2026 at Park Inn by Radisson, bringing together members to review the Institute’s performance, discuss challenges in valuation practice, and explore strategic ways forward.
