@NoblestCalling @jzux My friend was on it and was just never hungry so she barely ate. She started losing her hair and being sick and tired all the time. She had to go off it because she was so malnourished. She wasn't doing it on purpose she just was not hungry!!

People are getting malnourished. We have several friends on it and most of them are basically starving themselves on it. The right way to do it is to continue working out and make yourself macro goals for each day so you don't end up like an anorexic. But as far as I can tell most doctors are giving no nutrition counseling and just writing scrips

can I ask a probably stupid but genuine question about ozempic? if the main way it works is by suppressing hunger and causing you to eat way less, are there strict guidelines to make sure you get enough nutrients in your diet? or are people getting malnourished?

@276_eli Ive seen this argument for YEARS and there is no actual answer or solution except for people to try and be respectful of everyone while having a good time. Both sides have valid arguments, so unfortunately it is just one of those things!

2026 is the first year i’ve seen people complain about people standing at “seated” shows…like yeah technically you are paying for a seat but since when is it not normal to stand for concerts???
