@Saved_a_Click Again, people can still see your tweets, you don't have to pay for it. You just won't show up in the For You recommendations. Everyone who follows you can still see your tweets, replies, etc.

Starting April 15th, only verified accounts will be eligible to be in For You recommendations. The is the only realistic way to address advanced AI bot swarms taking over. It is otherwise a hopeless losing battle. Voting in polls will require verification for same reason.

@Saved_a_Click Really? I'm pretty sure I can see plenty of tweets from people who haven't paid for Twitter. I can see your tweets, and you can see mine, for example. For an account built to counter clickbait, you sure don't seem to have a problem using it for your own gain. How shameful.

Is anyone actually believing there’s this massive problems with bots? Elon doesn’t give a shit about bots, he’s forcing people to pay for Twitter in order to recoup the losses from paying $44billion for a platform that loses $1mil daily (and he still owes $1billion per year.)
