Dear @CityofCT & @WesternCapeGov. My wife's route to work takes her along 35th Avenue from Voortrekker to Avonhood Ave (Viking RD). NO Streetlights. HIGH RISK smash and grab and high pedestrian traffic. VERY dangerous. PLS DO SOMETHING. @geordinhl
