@Crowbowforever YeH, 90 max damage. However, I would impose some serious challenge dice for using that skill instead of a power vs. powered enemies.

@ScratchpadPub Hello, was hoping to get some guidance with a Spectaculars ruling. When using a “Brawl with someone” skill with a 90% chance of success to make an attack. Does this attack deal a maximum of 90 damage? Or is there a limit with using skills to attack? Thank you!

@zmadpoet Waiting for the global supply chain turmoil to calm down to pre-pandemic levels. Which means anything in the future is likely to be PDF-only for a while.

I kinda wish there was a community discord or something built around @ScratchpadPub's rpg #Spectaculars, and even Dusk City Outlaws. They seem like the kind of game that could really benefit from home made stuff.

@JamesIntrocaso I mean, yeah, that was actually my inspiration for the system behind Dusk City Outlaws and Spectaculars. I love the option for narrative twists introduced by dice, but wanted something that was both simpler to use and also not necessarily involved in EVERY roll.

@AmericanaHex Ah, yes, you are right! These minions (since they are only used in this issue) would fall back to the default 50% chance of success. Good call!

It’s two boxed set role playing games…but MAN what a beautiful presentation! DUSK CITY OUTLAWS And SPECTACULARS! These might be two of the most astoundingly presented rpgs I have ever seen in one package. Seriously. I was SHOCKED. 19/
