HOT TAKE: when you dominate the industry, telling your employees that they can’t work on other company’s products feels like you don’t believe your product is actually very good, but you intend to control it through market dominance.

It’s the weird thing of “celebrate the creator, but only if they work for us.” That’s a shitty take. Anyway, that’s my hot take for today. 7/7

I have a big complaint about the dragon game company. Their employees (apparently) are bound by exclusivity agreements. Whatever it’s called, they can’t do work in the game industry outside of what they do for the dragon game company. I hate this, for multiple reasons. 1/x

I can only prey that they get eaten alive, but I know that it won’t happen because if Seattle is anything, it’s pro-landlord.
