First round of ‘Academic Challenge’ 2024 in the @SedberghLibrary - Winder vs School vs Carus. Hannah, Millie, Bea, & Ishani faced 2 x 10 minutes of starter & bonus questions under Quizmaster Mr Lewis. ❤️💙📚

It was fabulous for the pupils to make connections with literature during our visit.. the headstones (featured below) are visible in GreyFriars Kirkyard and inspired a series of books that we all know and love.... Harry Potter.

A huge well done to everyone involved in this fabulous production. I really enjoyed watching it last night.

What are you reading at the moment?

We are starting the year off right in BTEC Agriculture, with a reading session in the magnificent school library.

This is a brilliant initiative. Reading is so important to all of us, whatever age we are.
