With only a small minority actually supporting Independence, I wouldn't get your hopes up to high kid. Plaid made it clear Independence would not an a factor in a first term, which is why many lent their vote to them in protest at Welsh Labour. @RusGarbageHuman Only 1/3 seats were up, just like in Halton, where reform won 17/18 seats available but Labour already had the council, and there was no way it could have lost it in these elections.
