To Celebrate National Bee Day🐝 May 20th, we held a Coffee morning to raise money for our Gardens and new Hive - arriving very soon! By selling our harvested seeds, plug plants, a Raffle and Cake Sale, we raised over £200. Thank you to everyone who supported the occasion with us.

Spent a properly inspiring morning with the team from @StPetersComm hearing about their work. These local green spaces mean so much to so many people, and they make such an enormous difference to people’s health and wellbeing. Diolch Rachel for showing me around, a diolch @GreenFlagWales for allowing me to be a judge!

Happy New Year to you all. A quick walk around the Gardens this morning. Apart from 1 cloche missing in action! thankfully, everything was just as we left it. Really pleased to see the fruit on one of the citrus trees and the cabbage, garlic, onions and beans doing well 🧅🫛🧄🍊

🌺 Happy finds this week and we managed to grab our camera and capture this beauty (I know, not the best picture!) But we think a Chrysolina cerealis, the rainbow leaf beetle. Alongside another graceful find - the Dragonfly 😊
