Sadly started reducing around this period. Exited far too early, failed to maximise on the opp.
Even though share price had moved, the valuation hadn't moved that much in absolute terms as book value was accruing at quite rapid pace. And valuation was still v discounted vs peers

Running is so hot, even $NKE is up high single digits. But those betting on a turnaround will be disappointed - there's Asics $7936, Brooks $BRK-B, On $ONON, Salomon $AS, Saucony $WWW, New Balance, Altra $VFC Anta $2020.HK, Mizuno $8022. Nike is like Zara or H&M in sports, too big to be cool, you can't charge premium prices on that, even if your product is good. And this Faith Kipyegon's Breaking4 event has some serious boomer energy, that might have worked in 2015, but certainly will not work in 2025

@laurence_hulse @RebelHQ A friend who has analysed this sector longer than me says its hard for these businesses to gracefully shrink to smaller AUM. They tend to go into a death spiral instead of stabilising at a lower base. Not sure if that matches anyone else's analysis?
