How can you argue for COIs when WI-03 has an arm stretching out to Stevens Point that splits two counties? How can you argue for COIs when WI-01 stretches from Milwaukee to Janesville?

So don't pretend the current map doesn't split counties or municipalities. The difference is my map's splits create a more fair and cleaner map
