There are a lot of bad designs
It’s not about how fine it is on the eyes, but also how functional those designs are
Almost all the designs now have very small or no windows, No balconies, No green spaces.
There is a difference between Beautiful and functional design

if you are to look at social media, how many bad designs have you seen an architect designed so far?
I've seen wonderful and beautiful designs and at the end of the day, it all falls down to the client

All I know is that nobody grows like this. Super love what you have been doing my bro. You are talented Architect. It is important everyone is open to critique. The 3 x 3m room is a small room when you consider the furnitures that will be there. This is not how to go by things.

Check the replies and see people say ‘let the owner do what they want’ that is why a lot of buildings are they way they are today.

if you insist on making the rooms bigger, how much fresh air from the surrounding environment will enter the space even if the space was bigger?

@OyinAjibade From experience, 3×3 m rooms are generally not considered standard. In most states, bedroom designs below 10.8sqm typically do not meet approval requirements.
Also, 3x3m rooms are generally uncomfortable to live in.

If a developer builds 3m × 3m rooms, we call it greed, we say they should do better.
So what’s worse, greed, or an architect knowingly designing 3m x 3m rooms just to win a "plant trees" debate?
Suddenly forgot about anthropometry and ergonomics because we have to plant trees?

I shared a photo to show that land size isn’t an excuse for zero greenery. But agenda must agend. The message was ignored — people focused on the design and called it unsustainable. So now, I’ve taken my time to design one on the same plot size.
