Dear Architects, Stop designing buildings without proper service ducts. Nothing undermines a “beautiful facade" faster than exposed pipes scattered across it. That’s not creativity, it’s poor coordination. Service ducts are not optional, they are a core part of design thinking. And running services through structural elements like columns or randomly chasing them through walls is not innovation, it’s quackery. Design it right from the start. This is also why architects must remain involved during construction. The moment you step away, your concept gets diluted, and what was once a clean design quickly turns into a chaotic mix of pipes and wires. If your design cannot properly accommodate services, then it is incomplete. Architecture is not just what looks good on drawings, it’s what is executed properly on site. End.

Every business on earth has unsatisfied customers. EVERY SINGLE ONE including NeoStore. I have a couple of disgruntled customers too. It happens. Allowing a few customers to make you feel like a failure is a choice. Brush off whatever they say to you and keep it moving.
