@Swiffer planned obsolescence is why I won’t buy another of your mops. It’s only six months old and shouldn’t break in half just because I need to apply some force- and they didn’t always used to🧐I’ll also post my costco return receipt for the matching mop cloths shortly.

The most useless cleaning tool I have in my home is the @Swiffer. Hair still everywhere and constantly have to bend over to pick up the hair it misses

@Swiffer I’m sorry but your mops suck, we need an upgrade version. I’m tired of breaking them every few months, in the Marine Corps we were taught to put elbow grease into it and mop with intensity. Everytime I do I snap the handle 😡 then use electric tape hold back together.

@Swiffer Was the testing done in an actual home or laboratory? When the mop gives out, I won't purchase another Swiffer product again.

@Swiffer I really love the power mop, however the plastic button that goes through the tube and clicks is weak. The button portion needs to extend more so if I'm putting pressure as I mop that it doesn't come undone.

@Swiffer I spent $26 on an XL Wet Mop system that my local Publix. Publix does not sell the wet XL refills. I wasted $26. Who is wrong? Publix, for selling a product that they will not supply refills for, Or Swiffer, for not supporting Publix? This is a huge marketing problem.

@Swiffer cleaning is trying to gaslight me bc when I was a kid it used to be advertised as a vacuum and it worked like a vacuum but no cord no nothing it used to get up all the dirt on my carpet now that product doesn’t exist wth I want it

@Swiffer I use swiffer and when done find particles on floor that were left+when dusting with swiffer it leaves little threads on wood that might have a little roughness here+there+on furniture too. I am very clean+ neat so see what I know is left after. It needs improvement
