It’s only a matter of months before what’s left of the Christians in Syria is silenced for good.
The lines are already being drawn.
Those who can leave will leave. Those who can’t will be reduced to dhimmis.
Give it a few years and Tucker Carlson will be sitting across from a Syrian Christian explaining how Israel is the oppressor, just like the Palestinian Christians he’s already platformed.
They’re not different. They’re just further along in the same process.

#Damascus: A sit-in protest took place this morning, March 22, 2026, in the #BabTouma district of the capital Damascus, called for by Christians. The call for the protest stated the following: “Against the seizure of the church in Maharda and the removal of its crosses, and the seizure of the Shrine of Saint George. Stop the violations against Christians. Against interference in the freedoms and privacy of others. Against the systematic killings and kidnappings taking place. Against aggression toward others under any circumstances. Against labeling everyone who holds a different opinion as "remnants" (fulul). Against the silence of religious figures and others.” The sit-in was organized and called for by the platform "Soldiers of Christ", and received a wide response.

Syria's Health Director of Hama Province promises his constituents that he will get rid of the #Christian, #Ismaili, and #Alawite doctors and medical staff from the regional hospitals and replace them if they just give him time.
“Just give me a little time, if I don’t get all the doctors to resign and bring you a new team, hold me accountable.”
Al-Suqaylabiyya is predominantly Christian, Al-Salamiyya is predominantly Ismaili, and Masyaf is a mixed Ismaili and Alawite city.

It is not about the flag; it is about the transition from insurgency to state-fetishism. The Syrian government is now comprised of HTS cadres who spent the civil war desecrating the three-star flag, mocking those they claimed 'worshiped the idol of statehood.'
Having occupied the nodes of power, they have now adopted the very colonial structures they once sought to dismantle. The flag has been resurrected not as a symbol of the people, but as a disciplinary technology to enforce 'symbolic totalization.'
For the Kurds, 'integration' is merely a euphemism for a subaltern slave-master relationship—a prerequisite for existing within a state architecture hijacked by a predatory elite.

This is the life of Kurds in New-Syria, ruled by Jolani. Kurds are being hunted - mobs are attacking their cars. The Syrian Government and its supporters keep on praising themselves for allowing Kurds to have rights - however this is the reality behind the masquerade. It must be understood that this is not some reactionary as many like to portray it as - it’s a systematic manhunt. Checkpoints were established in coordination with Syrian Government forces which stopped cars and questioned their ethnicity.

@SyriacOSINT I would add that the Druze saw the Israeli response to the Majal Sham killing of 12 Druze children by Hezbollah. Israel treated them as their own loss and responsibility for protection. The civilian population mourned with them.

The spike happened in June because the Druze started getting systematically attacked and assaulted since April of 2025.
The Syrian Druze in the Golan started seeking Israeli citizenship as early as 2012 (timesofisrael.com/with-syria-abl…)
Before 1967, at least 12% of the population in the Golan were Christians (arabnews.com/node/1122281/w…); the percentage of the Druze population differ and range from at least 15% to 30% before 1967, with a considerable number of Alawaites, approximately ~1% (cia.gov/readingroom/do…).
Stop making claims you can’t support about people you couldn’t defeat, and also you should genuinely consider toning down the d*ck-sucking of Joulani and his regime.

It is important to note that the spike started to occur before the July massacres. By mid-year, around 1,000 Druze had applied, which would have amounted to approximately 2,000 applications for the year (a 300% increase). There is also a common misconception that the Golan is historically Druze. Before the Israeli occupation, more than 80% of the Golan’s inhabitants were Sunni Muslims, compared to almost none today.

Today’s #Syrians who supposedly were pissed off (pissed off here is a gentler term than chimping out, which is what it was essentially) at a Kurdish person who took down a Syrian Regime flag support the same group that literally never used the current flag as its own and were constantly burning it, much like pro-Assad groups did.

🇸🇾 #Syria: Syrian security forces (HTS) have set up ethnic-based checkpoints on the Afrin–Aleppo road, where civilians are being stopped and beaten for being Kurdish.
Incidents are also being reported in Afrin, Tal Rifaat and Al-Bab, where Kurds celebrating Newroz are being targeted.
Videos show people dragged out of vehicles, assaulted, with Kurdish flags confiscated and burned. Several vehicles and motorcycles have also been set on fire.
Footage further shows mobs and armed groups gathering and moving toward Sheikh Maqsoud in Aleppo.

Horrible news from Syria - Syrian Government forces have set up flying checkpoints on the Afrin-Aleppo road, asking residents if they are Kurdish and beating them.
In Afrin, Tal Rifaat and Al Bab - a manhunt is underway for Kurds celebrating Newroz and carrying the flag of Kurdistan.
Kurds are being beaten by mobs of Syrians.
Flags are being confiscated and burned.
Another Newroz Disaster in Syria - this time by the Government led by Jolani who has been praised for allowing Kurds to have rights in Syria.
Eyes on Aleppo, Sheikh Maqsoud - the last Video shows that convoys of Syrians are en route to Sheikh Maqsoud to attack the Kurds whom are currently celebrating Newroz.

Of course the new Syrian government under Jolani publicly praises itself for allowing Newroz to be celebrated by the Kurds - the Syrian Security Forces however are silently cracking down on Kurds.
Kurds are being detained and attacked for celebrating Newroz alongside several reports of Kurdish houses being forcibly entered and looted.
