So after two weeks in hospital, my Grandma passed away. It is such a relief that she is no longer in pain and at rest. Planning an awesome celebration of life, just what she wanted. Now to catch up on the rest of my life, uni, work, housework, socials, etc.

@poppywillowgirl I don’t use it but I do use a to do list. I don’t do the items in order. I jump around the list prioritising urgent tasks and knocking off quick tasks when I get a short break. Whatever doesn’t get done each week rolls over to next, with holidays for non-urgent task catch up!

I am curious as to who uses the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritise workload? How do we move from ‘busyness’ to strategic productivity?
