Chapter 3 being so restricted and fake looking is genius in so many ways but it does make playing through it at first weird. It's a little fascinating how toby sacrificed the feeling of a satisfying dark world to achieve his creative vision I respect it a lot.

@SmithUnown Since the levels dont attempt to be more than "slightly different" gameplay wise. A majority of the changes in the levels feel done without a purpose in mind. Putting them in a state where theyre technically different from sage and base PT, but feature a weaker identity overall.

@SmithUnown I think it mostly comes down to how a majority of the levels (Pizzascape, Bloodsauce, Entryway, etc)
can feel as if they dont attempt to iterate on or reinvent a levels ideas beyond having varying levels of room geometry be changed.
