scratching my head* Was told they will not and can not honor what I was sold on!!! Verizon is looking better and better!!!!!!!!

,now I find out the employees I've spoken to do no have the authority to listen or or review the conversation *suspect.* Now they tried to offer me a HIGHER price option with less features than I had prior to calling in because "We know longer offer that plan" @ATT

It seem the rep I spoke to is the only rep that know of the plan he offered me, there is no such thing at the price I was quoted. Said rep stated we were being record, well all they have to do is go back and listen to our conversation..@ATT

I had issues with opening the link he sent to activate free HBO he offered so I called back and that's when s*** hit the roof. Everything YOUR representative sold me on the new plan isn't available at the price quoted in fact, it's $100 more! @ATT
