@ATT I have had your service for over 20 years, no problems, why did you slow down my speed on my phones on purpose so that I am force to pay for turbo? Pay more to get the same speeds that I initially had. My 4 line have gotten extremely slow.

@ATT Received a fraud interruption notice…called and they said no fraud…now service is interrupted…waited until 8 am EST & called the number provided…message says office is closed and to call back during business hours which is 8 am - 6 pm EST. I am beyond frustrated!

Been sitting on hold with @ATT for over an hour and a half because of their own mistake. @FCC if a company signs you up for services with 2 months free, which is noted in their system, but don’t give it you and then make it impossible for the consumer to recoup their losses, what is that called?
