I already emailed @NBT_Bank about this, but I want to share my experience so others can avoid my mistake. Today I had the displeasure of calling your customer service again because—despite multiple calls and explicit instructions—my additional payment was applied to interest, not principal. This isn’t an accident. Your default protocol is to grab extra payments and apply them to interest instead of helping customers pay down their loans. It’s MASSIVELY unethical. You know people are trying to reduce their balances, yet you force them to jump through hoops to correct what you call a “mistake.” Your company is part of what’s destroying trust in American institutions. Companies that feel the need to lie, cheat, and exploit to make profits should be ashamed. How many “strategic” political donations has NBT made to keep this racket legal? I’d love to see the receipts. SHAME.

@NBT_Bank is another example of a horribly unethical company allowed to fleece its customers. Your website is total trash, too.

Multiple insiders were surprised by the rejection and strongly encouraged us to reapply in Season 2. So I reluctantly took the time and effort to submit again. We applied in Season 2. Denied again. The reasons? Absolutely laughable. 📉 In S1: “No cross-chain vision” — because we chose to stay loyal to building on Polygon. 📉 In S2: “Funds already allocated” — even though we submitted weeks before the 4/15 deadline. I used to wonder why Polygon has become one of the worst-performing altcoins. Now I know exactly why. The worst decision I made in crypto was spending 2 years building on this chain. I’m done. Good luck to the insiders and cronies — they’re the only ones winning here. @circle_crypto @VooDooNemesi
