@CoinbaseSupport The issue was persistent with my IOS. Worked well when I switched to Android. Maybe the team can take a look. Some links via help.coinbase.com when using IOS is also broken. Once I click them, I don’t get redirected. Sure looks like a technical issue to me.

@SusanonBase Hello Susan. For some reason, the issue is persistent with my IOS device. The passkey seemed to have worked well with my android device.
