Why is the @coinbase app so dreadful? I’m new to crypto so I’m nervous - I’ve never yet had an @coinbase transaction go smoothly - can’t log in, try later, purchase failed etc etc. online support useless and slow. Need to move to 212 or somewhere if I’m going to invest properly.

Standard rebate credited but zero actual waiver. After exhausting all support channels I've now filed a CFPB complaint. Case #26450088. This is how you treat a high-volume longtime customer?
Don’t forget add that the number of months that you guys have had my funds held hostage increased by 1 making it 10 months and counting — with no explanation of why it happened or a resolution plan, despite the fact that I’ve opened 150 cases over it as well as filed a complaint and still nothing.

Bug 1: Slow App Loading
Now Base App takes 5–10 seconds to load (sometimes even longer), even on a fast internet connection. This seems unrelated to network speed and may be a server-side or app optimization issue
Bug 2: Smart Contract Failed Error in Mini Apps
After the recent app update, swapping the main Base App swap works smoothly. However, when swapping through a mini app, it occasionally shows a "Smart Contract Failed" error even after the swap is completed and sometimes triggers an unexpected reload
Bug 3: Inaccurate 24-Hour Volume Data
Inside the Base App, only the coins listed under Coinbase Wrapped display accurate 24-hour trading volume. All other coins show volume data that does not match real/on-chain data
Bug 4: Gas Fee Behavior Differs Between Main Swap and Mini Apps
When swapping from USDC to any token BaseApp main swap, no ETH gas fee is required (gas sponsored). However, performing the same swap from a mini app requires ETH for gas fees. This inconsistency in gas sponsorship coverage across the ecosystem would be great to address
My personal Feature Request
Since the social feature has been turned off, it would be helpful to either disable the inbox entirely or restrict messaging so that only friends can send messages. Currently, anyone can message without being a friend, which makes it easy for scammers to share phishing links directly in the inbox

Please be aware coinbase exchange users on ios mobile. It is currently down and you can not log in to your accounts but using the phone browser will let you login and access your account
