I knew nothing about #Afroman prior to this. Now he's one of my favorite people.

The Afroman Trial. -Cops raid Afromans house for bullshit reasons. -Steal money, break his door, fuck his house up. -No criminality found whatsoever, no charges at all pressed on Afroman. -Afroman spends the next 3 years making songs that make fun of all the officers involved by name, even using footage of the raid from his own CCTV cameras. -Songs had titles like "Randy Walters is a son of a bitch" and "Lick Em Low Lisa" accusing one of the officers of being a lesbian and sleeping with the other officers wives. -During the raid one officer looked like he was about to eat some lemon pound cake sitting on Afromans counter, Afroman made a whole album calling the officer fat. -The cops get mad and file a lawsuit for defamation. -Afroman turns up to court in a whole American flag suit. -Officers performatively mald and cry while listening to the songs really trying to oversell how badly the songs upset them. -One officer was suing because Afroman made a whole song about him saying he was fucking the officers wife. When the officer was asked if Afroman was really fucking his wife, he said "I don't know". Nuking his own case and establishing that there is a non-zero chance that Afroman might actually be fucking his wife. -As his only witness for the trial, Afroman brought a deputies EX FUCKING WIFE. -The jury ruled completely in favour of Afroman. This entire thing has been a great win for free speech and absolutely fucking hilarious.

@smod4real Congrats, you've hit on the exact dilemma Israel has been faced with for 20+ years. If you kill the terrorists efficiently, you get accused of war crimes; if you try to save civilian lives... you get accused of war crimes.

I’ve never understood the point of destroying a residential building after telling everyone to leave an hour before. Let’s say Hezbollah takes up half the building. They get notice, pack up their laptops and go somewhere else. Why do the innocent have to lose their homes?

The Governor of N.C., Josh Stein "Procalimed" that RAMADAN be respected and observed in NORTH CAROLINA. Under the 1st AMENDMEND, @NC_Governor has abrogated same. The Islamic religion is being FAVORED over any CHRISTIAN or JEWISH HOLY SEASON. The most favored status has been put in writinng in the form of a contract i.e.

Democrat North Carolina Governor, Josh Stein, has formally recognized Ramadan in the state for February 17 – March 19, 2026.
The declaration states Ramadan is to be: “commended in its observance to ALL residents…”
This is absolutely insane…

Imagine the Jews being persecuted throughout the entire Middle East and Europe so an idea was birthed to go to a centralized place in the pursuit of safety that had a religious and historical connection to Judaism. Then Jews legally buy 7% of the land from Arabs for decades who sell it to them at way over market prices, and then the Arabs decide to slaughter Jews in 1920, 1921, and 1929 so the Jews say maybe we should create self defense organizations so we don’t get slaughtered again despite most of us being pretty woke lefties that just want to farm and be safe, so much so that despite killing us and losing our trust, we still want to be good neighbors and split the land with you into two countries where one didn’t exist before.
Imagine the local Arabs saying no repeatedly after multiple offers were made for a state and launching a war to attack Jews and verbatim drive them into the sea, and then getting their asses kicked by a bunch of Auschwitz survivors.
Then they tried again twice, and lost both times. Then the Israelis offered them a state again, and they said no and launched suicide bombing campaigns while the Israelis kept building their country.
And now here we are - they keep trying to destroy, the Israelis keep trying to build, and the axis of resistance is in literal shambles and all of the top guys have fucked their people over for no other reason than militant religiously fueled radicalism. Palestinian leadership has consistently prioritized a struggle over a state and they’ve gotten it.
The Israelis will continue to build, and the funny thing is, they just want those around them to do the same. But you’re too ideologically captured to recognize that.

So I watched most of Sinners. I agree w the replies telling me the first 45 minutes were strong.
Gave the vampires a chance to become interesting or peripheral but had to bail when the garlic came out.
