@TheLevelUp This company is horrible!!There's no one that responds to customer concerns! They over charged me for an item I didn't receive, I emailed and called multiple times to rectify the issue but found out it was only a temporary fix. After just a few weeks, they froze the acct again!

@TheLevelUp I just opened your app to pay, and saw a popup about how "after April 15th 2021, you'll no longer be able to...", but had to dismiss the popup because I had a cashier waiting for me to pay. What did the popup say? I can't find any info about what it might have said.

@TheLevelUp There appears to be no way to enter a bar code from a @SteaknShake receipt into their app for points. I'd much rather do that than have to buy a gift card to pay in the app. Since the update a year ago, this SNS app is not intuitive or fun. Revert!
