@Pret I purchased in store on 1/3/26 your card system was running slow, payment was approved & came out my account. Everyday since I get a notification from my bank for a declined payment of same amount (no extra money has been taken) can this be sorted please as very annoying

@Pret conduit st, walk in, pay for a toastie, wait a few minutes to then be told the machine isn’t on and it’ll take 15 minutes to heat up, which would make me late for work. Get a refund, have to ask for my receipt, only no receipt paper so it can’t be issued. Not good enough

What passes for a 'toasties' at @Pret- and I was actually asked if I wanted it warm!! Adding insult to injury as it's 'compo' for a 2.5 hour delayed @easyJet flight. The €9 buys you a sandwich. You have to buy your own drink, as voucher covers fuck all at the only shop option

Bullshit behaviour from @easyJet tonight. Because an earlier flight can't fly for technical reasons, they are using the plane I was due to fly on for those passengers, delaying me by 2 hours, and minimise the compo they have to cough up. @SimonCalder

@Pret so not only do you have an app that records a purchase once in a blue moon when a reward is finally earned, you’ve downgraded the reward to a lousy bag of crisps (which in reality is 52% air 48% crisps). Remind me again why I should continue a monthly subscription????

It's essentially theft masqueraded as customer failure! You would think there might be a bit more compassion in a cost of living crisis!

So @marksandspencer won't honour my elderly dad's expired gift card - even though they don't put an expiry date on the card 🙄 and their gift card query phone line cost us £1 a minute 🙄🙄. Customer service petty and unhelpful. So won't ever shop there again.

@Pret Could you help please. I spoke to somebody in your Hammersmith Broadway branch and they very diligently checked for me if your mayonnaise is unpasteurised. They were told by another colleague that it is unpasteurised and therefore unsafe in pregnancy. Can you confirm pls?

I honestly don't know why the Norwich Haymarket @Pret bothers to open early. They never have the hot breakfast items on, just excuses. I just watched a Deliveroo guy walk out after waiting 30 minutes for a porridge order coming out "in 5 minutes". I gave up after 45 myself.

Bad start to the day Morning coffee before work from @Pret in Parsons Green. No one else waiting but he’s preoccupied with Deliveroo orders Mid way he asks me if I wanted decaf - I say absolutely not I asked him twice if its decaf… Readers it’s decaf and costs £4.80!

@Pret I bought the falafel and halloumi wrap recently and was disappointed to find it totally burnt and barely edible. Half of it was stuck to the packet.

Finally found a branch of @Pret that’s worse than the one at St Andrews. Brighton Station now takes top place. Cold coffee, rock hard fruit and oat cookie plus staff look at you like something they trod in. Oh the joy.
