@Pret Hi Pret, I’m really disappointed that you’ve removed the Chocolate Almond Butter cookie — it was the only proper dairy-free sweet option I could reliably get from your stores. Now the only vegan/dairy free sweet item seems to be the croissant, which is very limited

@Pret just had your salmon, egg mayo & avocado baguette at your King’s Cross store. Open it up to find that you have put a tiny bit of salmon and avocado at the front of the sandwich to make it look full when inside there is just egg mayo! Shocking for £5.99

So, @Pret has now charged me twice for one transaction. Lovely girl in store, not her fault, but the till glitched, I was told the first payment hadn’t gone through, tapped again, and now—surprise—it’s gone through twice. Is double-charging now part of the business model, or are you planning to fix it?
