@SarwaatZ @AquaticFlapper There is no "infiltrate" by them. They're imported by subversives. A lion running around in a school didn't "infiltrate" the school, it was shipped in by someone.

@AquaticFlapper I've also noticed this with every kind of bigotry. They'll call you beneath them and subhuman but also act like you're a sukuna level threat

@Little_darlinn These videos are always kinda silly. You would be shocked how often people have the same idea. It may not of been the same day, week, or year. But at some point someone will come up with the same or very similar idea. No hate, just saying there is a weird thing that happens.

@cpgjosh @Simon_Ingari By having standards. Why don't you go dig a ditch for 10 hours a day while some idiot spits on you, all for minimum wage. Then get back to me about how much you've "grown"

A Gen Z joined the team. Week one. During onboarding, the manager said, “Lunch break is 1 to 2.” Gen Z nodded. At 1:00 PM, He stood up and said, “Going for lunch.” Everyone nodded. 2:00 PM passed. Then 3:00 PM. ↓↓

@cpgjosh @Simon_Ingari Nobody's interested in twisting themselves into aches and pains to "push through". there is nothing on the other side worth a damn anymore.

@Three_of_Threes @Simon_Ingari Interesting that you assumed when I said 'push through' you thought I meant change the thing. Because I meant the opposite, I meant you might be able to change (and grow) in a way that adapts to the challenge.

@Simon_Ingari And what’s clever about this? Is there no obligation to at least tell the manager that he had realised that this wasn’t what he wanted before leaving instead of just leaving everybody hanging? Or even to at least say i’ll work a week’s notice to give you chance to find someone?

@Simon_Ingari You say it’s not disrespect, but walking off of the job without a word is absolutely disrespectful. Be an adult and tell your manager that you are quitting and why

@katrinas57 @Simon_Ingari Absolute joke, "we'd love to do better" no you wouldn't. We know you're not going to change anything and if you do, it'll be used like you offered the moon.

@Simon_Ingari We had an employee work for 4 days. She had an HR degree. Quit via text after dropping off company laptop. Would love to have know if it was us, the job, or what. Communication face-to-face would have been appreciated. We'd love to do better.

@cpgjosh @Simon_Ingari Gen Z knows damn well that there's nothing to be changed. Nothing is worth "staying and pushing through". We've seen the game and if we don't like it, we leave, because we know nobody is going to change their rules.

The problem of adopting this kind of framing is it’s difficult to know when you should stay and press through because something is difficult, or leave because it’s not aligned. And easy to pretend it’s the latter, to yourself. The better framework is to be open minded in your decision making but committed once you decide, for a pre-determined period of time. Can be three months, or three years depending on the decision. If you made the wrong one? Take the exit - comfortable you know you gave it your all.

@nonregemesse The fact people argue about this baffles me. This is surface knowledge in medieval history. It takes very little research to find out that the eggs were more valuable than the meat of the chicken so clearly they wouldn't be eating the chicken unless they had plenty of money.

@The_Hellenist I love how pagan larpers swing between "Christianity is a religion of pacifists and cowards" to "Christians were evil and forced their religion on the based warriors" Also, ripping out all the context from a verse doesn't make you smart, just makes you look like a retard.

Portland thief sues store worker after he beat him up to stop him, "I understand I was committing a crime. I shouldn't have done it, and it wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been there, stealing and hungry... But it went way too far."

@KingVelesI In western Europe it was seen as very undesirable. Either you were so fucking poor you had to eat your horse (which were very expensive) or it was a really fucking old horse, and you didn't want to eat it at that point.

@loveenergypop @upliftvegans Then literally all animals are standing next to me. I'm in good company. At least we as humans try to make the process quick and as painless as possible, unlike something like wolves which start eating their prey before it even dies.

@loveenergypop @upliftvegans Alright, let's see 1) You can be compassionate to animals and still eat them. FYI, fuck factory farming 2) Part of good agri-conservation is proper usage of animals to make more food on less land 3) meh 4) lmao 5) increase food standards 6) non issue 7) lol 8) localize food chain

@Three_of_Threes @kaizen000000000 The standard used doesn’t throw out history. It just separates - events supported by multiple independent sources from claims that only appear within the tradition making the claim. That’s the distinction you keep sidestepping when we look at independent, external evidence.

ATHEISM IS PRETTY SIMPLE.. → You tell me there is a god → I don't believe your claim → If you want me to believe you, it is necessary for you to provide really good evidence that your god actually exists → I don't have to prove your god doesn't exist (If that were the case, then you would have to prove that the god of every other religion doesn't exist as well)

@Three_of_Threes @kaizen000000000 I’m not trying to ‘prove history with the scientific method’. I’m using the basic historical standard of independent corroboration. You pointed me to someone who ‘made the case’ is still an appeal to authority unless you can show the evidence itself. Cont
