Update - after 8 text updates from #americanairlines on flight delays and rerouting we are boarded, ready to head to Tampa but word from cockpit we may have to deplane and wait for larger aircraft due to weather and fuel capacity of current aircraft. Be better @AmericanAir

Day full of delays and rerouting on #americanairlines and now sitting on tarmac in DC with no gate and no real explanation. At what point does our time as a customer matter - do we just count ourselves as lucky to be on a flight and not complain??? We have to do better!!!
