This is how little @SouthwestAir actually cares about doing the right thing. On hold for over 2 hours with no idea how much longer so I try the chat and this is what I get. You stole my flight credit from me and I want it back! Shame on you for not caring about your loyal fliers!

@SouthwestAir your new system is broken. If you want to look at upgrading a seat and click on someone in your reservation it automatically bumps them off your reservation and you can’t get them bad on. Never flying SW again.

@SouthwestAir another flight another delayed departure. This time a first flight of the day WN2530 from lax to las. What used to board in 20 min is now in minute 40. You used to turn planes in less than 40! Isn’t this system costing you money in delays?
