@Titanium004 @StanleyMasinde_ I think it might pass one of the 2 exclusion tests. It maybe fair to use it for sake of justice even if it breaches the privacy rights. However, it means some rights can be overlooked if a conviction is needed. Bad precedence for justice overall

Away from the CCTV discussion. Mtoto huwa wa wazazi akiwa tumboni, the moment they are born they become a community thing, that's why we have BIC in article 53 COK. Decisions on children welfare are not left to parents only.

Shakira was sexually assaulted by someone in Maraga’s team. She wrote a letter to Maraga naming the alleged perpetrator while submitting her resignation from his secretariat committee. The letter was later revised, and Maraga omitted the section in which Shakira cited sexual harassment before it was published. Since then, the musikiti babe has never had any kind words for Emeritus Chief Justice Maraga. When I first exposed the case, team Maraga the 6th🤡 came out guns blazing, claiming that I thrive on gossip and propaganda. Today, the victim herself has come forward and vindicated me. Kama kawa sisi walala hoii hatuna maoni, Letu Jicho tu.👀

Hello. I wanted to ask if you could escalate an issue for UoN Chiromo residents. We've not had water for two days. We keep on asking for help but the management is deaf to our ears. They've refused to send the water tankers to mitigate the issue temporarily despite the fact that this has been a persistent issues. I think out of all public unis we pay the highest amount of hostel fees approx 42k and they still don't do any repairs. We're been forced to buy water elsewhere. You can't even go to the washrooms since the place is virtually unusable. Please assist us. We have exams and we're literally pleading with them and they don't want to do anything

@Leone_wanderaa Not tricky at all. The criminal liability age of a human being in Kenya is 13 years. That is well settled. All those girls are above 13. They will be taken to bostal institutions and once they get 18, adult custody will work.
