If you are planning to build a house in your rural village,
Do the following:
• Open a bank account. Call it "Project Development Account 2026."
• Write a plan. Use the Triple Constraint Theory in Project Management: BUDGET, TIME and SCOPE.
• Save 50% equivalent of your rent in the account, monthly for 15 months, eg, if your rent is 10,000, then, save 5,000 in that account every month.
• If you can't raise 50% equivalent of your rent to save, then you are living beyond your means. Look for a cheaper house.
• Get an architect and a draughtsman to design a house.
• Do research, consult, read about building and construction online. Travel beyond your comfort.
• Get a Quantity Surveyor to do feasibility and the cost of the project.
• At month 15, draw a budget and begin buying material for construction, eg Sand, Ballast, Stones and timber. Stick to the budget.
• At month 18, start building.
• Get a professional mason licensed by the National Construction Authority. Be present. Supervision by phone calls is disastrous.
• Be hands-on. Learn to do the masonry work alongside the mason. Mix the ballast. Lay the bricks. Be part of the team.
• Create a rapport and good relationship with a hardware. Let this hardware be the only place you will buy construction material.
• Don't live in government houses. Don't buy the so called "affordable houses."
Build your house, to your preference and taste.
Therefore, if you are intending to build, and you start planning today, then you should be building your house in 2026 March.
It is not far.
Start today.
Be patient.
Start.

Men,
Behind these gated homes are frustrated men.
Every morning you will meet them smiling inside their SUVs.
In the evening, they sit in their SUVs till late at night before sneaking into the house to warm their food and sleep like vagabonds.
Inside these gated houses are men in pain,
Men who wash their clothes, cook their food and live like pariahs.
Inside these gated houses are men who made wrong choices and ended up bearing the burden of the consequences.
Inside these gated houses, are tears, pain, regrets and frustrations.
Don't be gated. Remain WALLED.
Be the WALL!

3 days ago, I wrote a post about the dejection I observe in men each morning they leave their houses for work.
Today, I was just tagged in a story about a pilot who was disinherited by his ex-wife.
Despite putting so much effort into his marriage, being there for his family, and bequeathing his wealth to them, he has lost everything.
He is now homeless.
3 years ago, when I wrote here on X that a man must build his private citadel where he can disappear silently and secretly to find solitude and singularity, I was trolled, mocked, insulted, and berated for encouraging men to abandon their wives.
Here is the thing,
Nobody cares about you, the man.
Not even me, Amerix.
The only person who cares for you is YOU.
You either bite the bullet and start building your retirement bunker, or continue neglecting yourself and suffer the consequences of your ignorance.

Every morning,
You meet men crawling from prison.
Their shirts look like they were pulled from a bottle.
Their pair of trousers are worn out,
Their faces are long and sad,
Their masculine energy is fading. They walk tired, gazing into an emptiness.
These are men stuck in houses where their wives terrorize them.
They sit in these houses because they are afraid to leave.
They built nothing that belongs to them. They own nothing. Just children who have been strategically weaponized against him.
When they retire from civil service or as teachers or as employees in Indian-owned companies, they resign themselves to fate, enduring insults and mistreatment from their domineering wives.
Their only hope is to sit at the bus terminus, betting and gambling, hoping to undo their years of financial losses.
But it gets worse, they suffer hypertension, diabetes and prostate enlargement.
They become a burden to their families, and they are abandoned in the corner of the house to nurse a chronic ailment.
Their years of sacrifice get swept away by comments from their children,
"Our father spent years drinking and entertaining hoodrats. It is our mother who took us to school."
Or their wives,
"When other men were building wealth, what were you doing? I can't continue living with you."
Yet, his productive years were spent on providing for the family without fail.
Pain and agony, as he counts his last breaths.
Then, one day, the sun will rise without him.
The main door of the house will open without his cough.
His chair at the corner will wait for his warmth, but it won't come.
His legacy gets buried deep with his regrets.
Forgotten.
In the ruins of his sunk-cost fallacy.
If you are a man reading this, start building your fallback architecture now.
Remember,
You can lie down for people to walk on you, and they will still complain that you aren't flat enough.
Your independence, in old age, is your wealth.
WAKE UP!

Modern colleges and Universities are nowadays feminised. From lessons to lectures to events.
They spend their resources promoting feminism, gender wokeism, and regurgitating liberal talking points at the expense of creating local solutions for our Afrikan problems.
There is no more room for the boy-child to express his manliness, creativity and authenticity.
This is why more young men are opting to pursue vocational trade craft courses eg:
• Farming, carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, welding, HVAC
• Machinists, blacksmiths, automotive technicians
• Jewellery, Pottery, leatherworks, Ceramics
• Tailoring, seamstressy, upholstery
Because that is where they can freely express their creativity without being reprimanded.
These craft courses have been ignored because the gynocentric logic considers them menial, dirty and low-value, but that is where the future of manliness lies.
While modern higher education courses focus on grades, craft courses focus on credible results and solutions, e.g., a chair, a working bulb, a strong roof, a strong window grill, a smoothly painted wall, a seamless data-analysis mobile tool and a well-tiled floor.
The future of the man lies in vocational trade crafts.

At least get a blue verification badge, or better, a Gold badge. You are a tech-oriented university, live up to that status.

The problem with a 50-year-old blue-pilled man marrying a chaotic single mother is that:
The woman comes with her equally crooked children.
The children sneak into your bedroom, steal your firearm, to go rent it out to their peers or friends.
Then, when things fall apart, you carry the shame and the burden of culpability because you are so afraid to call out your hoodrat and her crooked children she brought into your house.
But these emasculated men don't listen. They are so ignorant and pussified.

Vitamin A from animal sources (retinol) is not the same as beta-carotene from plants.
Beta-carotene must be converted to retinol by the body.
The conversion is poor in most people.
It is nearly absent in people with hypothyroidism.
The best retinol sources: liver, egg yolks, butter, full-fat dairy.
Do not confuse the precursor with the nutrient.

Food for the postpartum woman and breastfeeding mothers:
Her nutrient stores are depleted.
Her gut lining may be stressed.
Her hormones are in rapid transition.
What she needs:
• Iron from red meat and liver.
• Collagen from bone broth.
• Choline from eggs.
• Omega-3 for brain restoration.
• Magnesium for sleep and mood.
Not rice, maize, wheat and vegetables.
Not Ribena, Lucozade, Soda and Chips.
Not soup with no protein.
Feed the mother like she built something extraordinary.
Because she did.
