@DollarGeneral Claims representative at headquarters. Tries to quote a conversation yet calls me sir and an email. When in fact we had a conversation on the phone. I do not sound like a male. Yet lies and twist my words. Shopper beware your car is notprotected in the parking lot

@DollarGeneral if a carriage blows into your car corp. Will call you to tell you to get 2 quotes only to sneakily ask you questions and twist your responds to send you a letter to say they are not responsible. Then lie when you contact them. Protect yourself and shop elsewhere.

just walked to @DollarGeneral and hear the cashiers say they both got robbed yesterday. they both back at work and no security here. how much do you care about your employees? Offered time off that’s it. How about some counseling ?

@DollarGeneral I wonder how long it will be until you are sued by a parent for leaving open razor knifes on random shelves. Second time I have seen this in the Martin, said location.

@DollarGeneral You need to train your employees on how to de-escalate situations or at the very least not antagonize them. I was at 3616 E 10th Indianapolis yday and your cashier was making an altercation worse between an older guy and a smaller girl instead of helping. Not cool!

My husband has tried to call the DOLLAR GENERAL regarding an issue for 2 weeks. He called what they call corporate. OMG the hell he has experienced is unbelievable. Bottom line there is NOBODY to talk too. Messages ignored. THEY DONT TAKE COMPLAINTS. WHAT NEXT?
