The age of consent according to Anarcho-Capitalism isn’t exact, but it mainly falls down to if both parties can give genuine voluntary consent without force, fraud, or incapacity. That already rules out pre-pubescent children (under 14), because they lack the cognitive maturity to give consent. I’d mainly say that people gain the maturity to consent at around 16-18, depending on how mentally developed their brain is.
