One thing to keep in mind is that we need to gatekeep our hobbies. Too many activists colonize our hobbies, turning canonically straight people into LGBTQ+, or turning them trans within their headcanons. Then, when someone makes a straight ship of these characters, so many of these delusional people crash out, attacking the artists for "daring" to make something against their head canon. We can't let these kinds of people continue to erode everything, while the artists who keep the IP going get bullied out of the public square, because these mentally ill people can't live in reality. I don't care if you are LGBTQ+ or whatever. Just don't be a toxic person turning everything into what it is not...
