My friend made $4M million selling a company in Los Angeles and moved to a small town in Georgia. Him and his wife spend a lot of money, and feel very wealthy. I also have a friend who had a $60M exit recently. He lives in the wealthiest area in San Francisco, and feels like he's still behind his peers... Your environment and who you surround yourself with is everything.

One of my trading friends drinks every weekend, does shrooms regularly and other hard drugs. Yet he’s still extremely profitable. I’m wondering how this is even possible? Your mind is what is needed the most for trading and he abuses it regularly lmao.

@DumbMoneyTV As someone whos been on Twitter since 2008, I dont find this to be the case. Before Elon, the platform was an absolute liberal cesspool spreading their ideology far and wide. Ill take X all day long over Twitter.

I trade for 2-3 hours every day and spend the rest of the day playing video games or watching tv shows. This is the life I dreamed of a few years ago when I was working 60+ hours a week of manual labour. I could care less about travelling or building other businesses, I just trade and chill.

when you buy a watch, wearing a 1:1 clone while keeping the real one in a safe seems like the most logical thing to do, am I missing something here? why doesn’t everyone do this?

Everyone who bought calls into the Friday close, expecting markets to bounce after the sell-off.. How did you come to that conclusion when markets simply kept rejecting the 200DMA? And not only that, we’re in a war-regime environment with uncertainty and volatility being the play. Are we "news trading" here or pattern TA trading? If we’re news trading based on tweets, then we’re just gambling away our hard earned money at this point.

@TraderSumo1 Not easy to find a legit trader that teaches. almost no one is willing to show proof. Asking for that usually results in ban or beeing attached by an army of trolls. Been looking for a good mentor for 2 years with zero results.

You should never take a big loss. It’s the most important rule of trading that any successful trader will tell you, non negotiable. Losing trades are inevitable, everyone loses. What isn’t inevitable is big losses. Why? Because we control the size of our losing trades. If you take a big loss it’s because you let a small loss turn into a big one, it should never happen. There should only be four outcomes while trading: Big win Small win Breakeven Small loss That’s it, big losses shouldn’t be an option. If you program yourself to not allow big losses your success will increase exponentially.

Bruh why does Tori Trades think we're all stupid? Lmao. Tradingview literally telling us this is a demo account 😭 No broker that you connect to tradingview does this. ONLY the paper trading function shows this as well as the reverse button. Maybe someone can help me further debunk this 🤭 One thing for sure is we all know what demo looks like via Tradingview.

Taking partial profits is the dumbest thing a trader could ever do.

Edge is the easy part, but most people trading dont even realize they dont have one That being said, once youve determined your edge, you have to build a framework to follow that edge that tracks your adherence to it. So most traders dont have an edge, let alone a frame work to follow it.

It means you have no edge. Do not trade until you do, and most people never will, so have an honest conversation with yourself about how much you really want this. If you want it, you know the mistakes you currently make, start by writing those down, and living by your hard and fast rules.

I’m a 24 year old trader and have lost the majority of my net worth 8 times over. Give me some advice, not the generic “take profits” stuff either.
