I am honored to work with awesome people like @aviflombaum ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I've been working with @Triopixels on some designs and he's really great. Super fast, really passionate, follows up quickly and is reliable. If you're looking for any design help, I highly recommend him. It's hard to find remote freelancers you can trust and I'm grateful to him.

Tried balancing inbound + outbound. Both are powerful. But splitting focus between the two is starting to feel like a productivity leak.

Something I realized recently at Triopixels: Even strong design and motion work can lose impact if there isn’t a clear quality assurance layer before delivery. So we’re adding a QA step before anything goes out. Small improvements in process → big improvements in quality.

I’ve been testing Anti-Gravity, Claude Code + Figma MCP heavily. Here’s my honest opinion: The fidelity is not polished yet. It creates cool stuff. It speeds things up. It’s fun to experiment with. But it’s not replacing designers. Not now. A lot of designers are either: Ignoring it Laughing at it Calling it hype That’s a mistake. Right now it lives in the terminal. It feels technical. It feels messy. But what happens when it’s wrapped inside a clean design interface? What happens when it becomes native in Figma? If you wait until it’s perfect, you’re already behind. I’m not using it because it’s perfect. I’m using it because I want to understand how it thinks. Design isn’t just pushing pixels anymore. It’s directing systems. AI won’t replace designers. But designers who understand AI will dominate. We shouldn’t ignore this wave. We should learn how to ride it.

The more I build Triopixels, the more I realize something… Becoming better isn’t comfortable. If you want to become sharp in sales, strong in marketing, and solid in personality - you don’t get placed in easy situations. You get pressure. You get rejection. You get ignored. You get humbled. And somehow… that’s the gift. Because harsh environments build clarity. Hard conversations build confidence. Tough lessons build identity. The deeper I go into business, the more I believe this: God doesn’t make you stronger by making it easy. He makes you stronger by making you capable. And honestly? I’m enjoying it. The hard lessons. The uncomfortable growth. The pressure of becoming better. This is the price of leveling up - and it’s worth it.

After getting a few clients from content, I decided to run an experiment. I wanted to know if cold outreach could become a real growth channel - not luck, not hope, just a system. So I started small. 50 highly personalized emails. Result? Zero replies. That moment taught me something important: cold outreach isn’t about effort… it’s about volume and iteration. So I kept going. Months later, I pushed the number to around 1,200 reach-outs. Everything started to move. Replies came in. Conversations opened. People visited the website. Meetings happened. Some leads turned into real opportunities. And I realized something simple: 1,200 didn’t fail. It trained me. It taught me how to: Start real conversations Craft and deliver meaningful lead magnets Use persuasion in follow-ups Build trust across multiple touchpoints Filter bad clients before they waste time Most importantly, I watched the funnel evolve step by step: No responses → responses → engagement → meetings → qualified opportunities. So what’s the real problem now? Not skill. Not the offer. Not the market. Just volume. Because when volume increases, luck decreases. Next phase of the experiment: → Push toward 3,000+ reach-outs per month → Double down on follow-up persuasion → Combine content and outbound into one growth engine Still experimenting. Still learning. But now… with a system.

Designers can now ship UI directly. Vlad, our co-founder and designer, goes from Figma concept to AI fine-tuning in the live app using Cursor and Figma MCP. No more back and forth with engineers for a pixel-perfect result.

Hard lesson I’m learning: You can’t delegate what you don’t understand. If you’ve never done inbound or outbound yourself, you have no real way to judge whether the person you hired is actually good, just average, or straight up messing it up. You won’t know what “great” looks like. You won’t know what “bad” looks like either. Experience creates leverage. Ignorance forces blind trust.
