Taking a break after sustained high-tempo coverage is entirely reasonable. This kind of work is constant, detail-heavy, and often done without pause for weeks or months at a time. Dismissing that as weakness suggests a lack of understanding of what goes into it. If you have a specific criticism of the work itself, make it. Otherwise, this adds nothing.

Hey folks It goes without saying I'm taking a break at the moment after what has been a fairly relentless past 3+ months of covering the build-up and then combat operations that became Operation EPIC FURY. Gives me a chance to actually do some more writing and editorial work for @UKDefJournal too!
