I fear this is a braindead question, but does bloat on its own care weight gain? Like, it's just gas, right? So theoretically it shouldn't cause measurable weight gain on a standard bathroom scale. Am I dumb?

One of my favorite things to do on twt when a gross man comments on a moots post I simply post a "ew" gif. And if they reply I just post a different "ew" gif until they shut up. There are a lot of really great gifs out there.

I worked out yesterday and I'm really proud of myself. I've been in a slump with exercise and I was going to just do some gentle yoga, but once I got the mat out I decided to do my calesthenics workout. It felt good. Going to try and ease into and not go all out/burn myself out.
