Am I delusional to think I have the beginnings of a jawline? I genuinely can't tell if my bdd is lying or not. I've always had a very soft jawline, even at a lower weight but I think I've been fat for so long I forgot what it looks like on me. I still see this:

@cassliesh I had a 600 calorie meal and am on a glp-1 and I was so nervous this was about me, but then I remembered my bmi is 35. I am not a smart man 🧍🏻♀️

I'd say it's advanced beginner to intermediate level. I still modify a lot, but am getting better. I also had to look up proper technique some of the exercises that I wasn't super familiar with. The video is bare bones on production.

@cassliesh I've moved from lifting to calisthenics because I travel a lot for my job so it's just not feasible to either lug equipment with me or pay for a gym that I'm never near. The routine I'm doing right now is a 7 day YouTube series that I split up into 2-3x a week sessions.
