@Radiobex I broke my elbow last year after a Deliveroo driver took me out on a cycle path. Was really scary, I went flying (and they barely stopped 😭).

@herbalbug Look after yourself. Running and training will be here. A change is as good a rest, so perhaps try an alternative once you’ve had some time out (I’ve found a love for triathlon and cycling).
