My experience as a fan going to the Inaugural @UFLStorm game vs @UFLAviators. For context: l've been to 6 UFL stadiums (usually attending DC games) over the last 12 months. The overall layout and location for Orlando is in the top half of the stadiums I’ve been to (2 now defunct)! It’s right in a little downtown area and the traffic-flow control by @OrlandoPolice was excellent and the Fan fest was easily accessible in an area occupied by a parking area right next to the stadium. We did not arrive to the stadium until about 45 minutes before kickoff, so the 5,000 shirts giveaway was long gone. There seemed to be a ton of excitement for the team. The stores with team gear all had lines of people. The concessions areas all had people walking about. Attendance looked pretty good on one side of @InterCo_Stadium and the support section and upper deck on the south side of the stadium has the whole side of the stadium rocking right at kickoff. That fumble to give Orlando the ball back to start the game had fans in pandemonium and is hopefully a memory for the local fans to create a great memory for anyone in attendance! I kept getting multiple watch alerts for it being “too loud” during big plays in the 1st half. The support section was about half full, but considering it is approximately twice the size width-wise of @AudiField’s support section, I’d say it was a pretty great turnout for a brand new team in a market that struggled with attendance with the Guardians a few years back. It was mostly families in the area I was sitting, but looked like the younger college-age-crowd in the support section, which is good to see, as that’s the type of fans you need to get that place rocking. The halftime show was in a weird location, where he was tucked into a little corner of the stadium. If you were in the opposite end zone or the other side of the stadium, you probably had questions on why they didn’t have DJ Khaled in the middle of the field like a few of the other halftime shows. Whoever was real close to the stage was probably loving it! To be honest though, Nelly’s performance in STL was much better in person. After the halftime show ended, you started to see the trickle out of some people, which is understandable for some of the crowd, as it was 10PM and there were a bunch of families with school-aged kids. If they could shift these Sunday night games on the east coast to a 6PM, the UFL might retain some of those fans to the end of the game. A really cool moment was @crowland30’s mom spotting my son wearing his Chris Rowland @UFLDefenders #12 jersey and her stopping to talk to us! We miss him tremendously in DC already! Also got the chance to talk to the Mayor @Vanster2000! Overall, I’d say it’s a promising start to a first year market, and if they can get buy-in from the locals and build that fan-base, it would be great for the league! Additionally, it would be an awesome location to try tie in mini-vacation with an away game for your favorite UFL team and checkout any of the surrounding theme parks while you’re in town! Pregame Experience: 4/5 Halftime Show: 3/5 Game experience: 5/5 Getting to/from stadium: 5/5

If I was happy with 10k attendance, I’d be a shitty @TheUFL owner. The vibe, energy, and passion from the @UFLStorm fans last night was AWESOME!!!!! I know it was a Sunday night. I know it was a school night. And I know it rained before the game. Next week, Saturday, 8pm in Orlando and I expect the same energy with even more fans. And those standing room fans behind the end zone??? You sounded like 20k by yourselves. Great job, Storm fans. Let’s build this together. 🏈💪
