I want to take a moment to appreciate a person and group that I hold deep in my heart…. @Tma_420 and @FunkariNft 💎 Back in late 2022 I was hovering the space around, extremely tired and without a clear direction, with 9k$ in debt to pay after I fell on a scam. Alone, homeless. I was working for a tools project that at the day today, it failed, but it gave me one of the biggest blessing ever… One day, I was doing outreach to get partnerships with communities for the tools, so I stumbled with the core team at @FunkariNft @Tma_420 and his team received me so well on the GC, heard the pitch deck and without compromises, they handed me an invitation to Funkari server (this was premint, early sept2022 when Funkari was private and invite only, super exclusive). Since that day, everything changed. The alpha, good friends and opportunities that I found on that community were endless. Every day I felt that I was indeed getting better than the day before, in every aspect, portfolio size, knowledge and network. My happiness was huge when I got selected for the WL and minted it. It’s my most valuable asset till today, never ever listed. @Tma_420 truly became a Dad from another blood for me. Taught me about building relationships, about respect and integrity, about trading, long and short term vision and when to play each, how to land jobs and develop them efficiently … in short, everything. But most important, he truly cared of me and looked out for me when I was in need. Last week, God gave me the gift to finally meet him IRL on Dubai alongside with @DJAQSS . Can’t describe how grateful I was🙏 He was the one that pushed me to go this trip, to get out of my comfort zone and crush my limits and here I am. Today I can happily say that I have no debts, growing my own portfolio, have worked and currently working for many respected projects as mod/cm and have a great network and friends to work with. Most of all that, is thanks to his and whole Funkari’s help and guidance ❤️ - It’s not a coincidence that everyone in Dubai was in shock and got so excited when meeting him, because everyone recognize the quality of human he is and the hard and integral work that he does. How he help and support as many people as he can without looking for something in exchange. - It’s not a coincidence that @FunkariNft is one of the most respected groups and at the vanguard in all manners web3. - it’s not a coincidence that the Funkari holders are eating well. Love you @Tma_420 , thanks for everything you do for the space, for @FunkariNft and for me. 🫶 You are a true leader 💪

@mooneyy I understand the general sentiment, is really hard to trust in this space and bet on anyone because 99% of the people here is just out there for their own pockets. But thankfully is not the case for everyone, @itkdigital is a great example of prioritizing client goals first🔥

Feel like every few months there is a hate train against agencies. While I think most of the time, this is justified - not all agencies fall under this. The right partners unlock growth, experience, networks and perspectives that internal teams may not have yet. The greatest agencies empower teams to grow confidently on their own, to the point they are no longer dependent on external help - or at least that's what we try to accomplish at @itkdigital. There are a lot of predatory agencies and advisors out there that will prey on inexperienced teams, milk their budgets, and do quick in-and-out strategies (bot to achieve vanity metrics, flex them on their deck, repeat with next client). The biggest factor in my opinion when vetting an agency is their clients, network and testimonials: ・What is the quality of their previous clients? Do they accept anyone who walks through the door, or do they vet their clients before proceeding? ・What do those with direct experience working with the agency say about them? If there are no testimonials on their website, that's a massive red flag. ・Who can vouch for the agency? Have people ever heard of the employees, or are they complete randoms with 0 mutuals and botted accounts? Much like every industry, there are good actors and bad actors. It's just unfortunate when the bad ones cast a shadow over those who are genuinely committed to helping teams succeed. The key is learning to tell the difference.

I've always been meaning to build myself here on X too, not just behind the Discord screen. But I don't know where or how to start so, I attempted yapping about different things. I chased too many things at once, whatever was trending, whatever was loud. But in Web3, narratives shift fast. What’s hyped today might not even be mentioned tomorrow. So I took a step back and had some heart-to-heart self-talk and figure out what have I been doing wrong I’ve been in this space for years, started as a flipper, now collector, then mod, now fully immersed in community building. And truth is, that’s what I love most: connecting with people, hosting, teaching. That 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥-𝘵𝘰-𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳 in me never left. So now, I already know what went wrong and how I can fix it moving forward. ✅𝐈’𝐦 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞. I’m creating from passion. Focused now on building around what truly resonates with me: community building, IPs, and gaming. This isn’t just a mantra but the path I’m choosing to walk. ✅𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨. But when you build from the heart, it sticks. It makes sense. It feels right. And it's something you can definitely do 24/7 without draining yourself. Forever will be grateful for my friends who keep pushing me, believing in me even when I doubt myself. You know who you are. Thank you for reminding me of my “why.” So now the goal? Create with purpose. Build with heart. Know that if I rest, I rust. We keep going🩶
