The problem with pivoting to AI is that you're entering the most crowded fight in the market at the exact moment nothing you build there is different from the 500 other launches that week. I get the pull... I've felt it too. The trend is where the attention is, so it feels like where you should be. But a trend rewards the people who were already positioned before it arrived. teams riding AI right now mostly had an audience that would actually try what they shipped. The trend just gave them something to ship. That's the asset worth building. Build an audience first before you build an AI product
