Merrimans in Maui could be one the nicest resturants we've been to recently. A nice US$250 touch for the two of us. The memory alone was worth it.

Many investors say buying a house is a bad move — it ties up your capital and you could get better returns in the market. I still bought one anyway. It was a personal goal of mine.
